Ecotricity are a company that only provide "green energy" from renewable sources such as wind farms. They develop and build their own wind turbines to generate the energy they provide to their customers. They have been operating their business since 1996.
Their customer base is domestic and some small business. However they do have some high profile customers including the Body Shop and The Co-op and the World Wild Life Fund WWF.
Their pricing is a touch more expensive than other energy providers but the energy will be generated ecologically and thus the additional price you pay may be a small amount to help preserve the environment by reducing the Co2 emissions that are create by fossil fuel fired power stations.
