Use of the Site
The Site may be used by any United Kingdom resident over the age of [18] who completes the registration form and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. By completing the registration form and/or using the Site, you are confirming that you are United Kingdom resident aged 18 years or over.
The on line service provided by Save on Your Bills Ltd is FREE of charge to the user. A small fee is charged to the supplier for the hand over of new sales leads. The customer bears any Internet and/or telephone access charges incurred by them when visiting the Site.
To register you must complete your details as requested and by submitting your details you are warranting to us that they are accurate and complete. Should your details change then you must inform us the next time you log on to the Site.
Supplier tariffs and Pricing
The Saveonyourbills.co.uk calculator works on current prices and not historic ones. This means that when it compares all prices against your current suppliers, it is using the prices as at the date stated on the site in the results page. When comparing one year's bills to another this may mean a slightly greater or slightly lesser saving in real terms.

Save on Your Bills Ltd is an independent company and not a supplier or an agent of any Supplier.
The savings calculator will contain detailed information about the different suppliers tariff and value information. The accuracy of the calculations are dependent on the accuracy of the information provided by the suppliers. While every effort will be made by Save on Your Bills Ltd to provide the most up to date information, (current as at the date displayed on the front of the web site) Save on Your Bills Ltd can not be held responsible should the information as supplied by the Suppliers be misleading or inaccurate or incomplete.
Save on Your Bills Ltd acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier. Save on Your Bills Ltd cannot be held responsible for the supply of goods and services and the quality and suitability of these goods and services, that being the sole responsibility of the supplier or suppliers. If you enter into a contract with a supplier or suppliers the entire relationship under that contract is between you and that supplier.
It is an essential term of these terms and conditions and any use of the Site that Save on Your Bills Limited shall not be liable to the you (whether directly or indirectly and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise) in respect of any losses or damage which you may incur or suffer as a result of your use of the Site or any supply of any goods or services by any party.
